NEWINGTON, CT — A Newington resident is $25,000 richer after claiming a winning Connecticut Lottery scratch ticket.
According to the Connecticut Lottery, the winner claimed a $25,000 prize on Aug. 31 after playing the 20X The Cash scratch game.
The winning ticket was purchased at the Nanglo Bazar in Newington.
