Six Newington homes are holding open houses Saturday, Oct. 31, and Sunday, Nov. 1, with prices from $269,900 to $589,900, according to Zillow.com.

This two-bedroom, 1.5-bath end-unit condo has Brazilian cherry hardwood floors, a wood-burning fireplace, a granite kitchen and two private decks. The finished lower level adds more than 400 square feet, and the community has walking paths, a pool and a tennis court. It has 1,204 square feet and a $492 monthly HOA fee.
Sunday, Nov. 1
12 Nathan Hale Drive, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., $399,900. This three-bedroom, 1.5-bath raised ranch has hardwood floors, a living room with a large bay window and a finished lower-level family room with a wood-burning fireplace opening to a patio. It has 1,680 square feet, a 0.28-acre lot and a two-car garage.
131 Pfister Drive, noon to 1:30 p.m., $589,900. This three-bedroom, 2.5-bath home is offered for the first time by its original owners, on a quiet non-through street, with a front porch, a two-story foyer and a family room with a gas fireplace. The listing cites an updated HVAC system (2021) and a new gas water heater. It has 1,884 square feet on 0.47 acres.
210 Brentwood Road, 1 to 3 p.m., $359,900. This three-bedroom, 1.5-bath split-level has hardwood floors, new kitchen appliances, Renewal by Andersen windows and a fenced backyard with an above-ground pool, a large deck and a fire pit. The listing says it's being sold as-is. It has 1,296 square feet.
260 Nicholson Street, 1 to 3 p.m., $324,900. This three-bedroom, 1.5-bath home was owned by the same person for 62 years, according to the listing, with natural hardwood floors, fresh paint on the main level and a newer boiler and oil tank. It's a short walk from Beacon Park. It has 1,144 square feet.
29 Homecrest Street, until 3 p.m. (check the listing for the start time), $495,000. This three-bedroom, two-bath ranch is an L-shaped ranch with refinished hardwood floors, a granite kitchen island and an inground pool. The listing cites a dual-zone heat pump and radon mitigation, and says the seller prefers to close between Dec. 19 and 31. Zillow lists 2,440 square feet, including about 700 finished downstairs.

Sunday is the main event, with five homes plus a second day at Cypress Road, and three of them open until 3 p.m. Cypress Road is the only Saturday stop and opens again Sunday at noon.
