Plymouth State University, Plymouth NH

• Caitlin Johnson of Newington has been named to the Plymouth State University President's List for the spring 2018 semester. To be named to the President's List, a student must achieve a grade point average of 3.7 or better for the semester and must have attempted at least 12 credit hours during the semester. Johnson is a Business major at Plymouth State.

Roger Williams University, Bristol RI

• A pair of Newington residents were among the 1,127 students who received their degrees in May as part of the Class of 2018: Shelby Payanis, with a B.A. in Journalism, and Kirsten Valade, with a B.A. in Elementary Education.
