On Campus - Newington College Students

NEWINGTON, CT — Here are some recent notable accomplishments by local college students, as provided by readMedia Newswire.

Eastern Connecticut State University, Willimantic CT

• Eastern Connecticut State University's annual graduation ceremony was held at the XL Center in Hartford on May 15. Among the 1,200 students who graduated that day were 70 graduate students.
  Olivia Roman of Newington was awarded a Master of Science degree in Organizational Management.

Marist College, Poughkeepsie NY

• Derin Yetil was named to the Marist College Dean's List for the spring 2018 semester. Yetil, of Newington, is a member of the Class of 2021 and is majoring in History.
