Developer Proposes 225-Apartment Project For Newington

NEWINGTON, CT — A developer has plans to construct a 225-unit apartment complex, according to The Hartford Business Journal. A.R. Building Co. of Seven Fields, PA, has proposed the five-building project for 258 Deming St., and 35, 67 and 69 Culver St.

Each of the five apartment buildings would have four stories. The Planning and Zoning Commission will consider the developer's request for a zone map change at its Oct. 27 meeting.
