Residential landlords led the way with three filings, followed by commercial landlords and manufacturers and makers. </p> <p> Via Masseria was one of the more distinctive filings — a mobile food business — joined by Expresspizza &amp; scoops, a quick-service restaurant and AeroCut, a manufacturer. All but two organized as limited liability companies; the exceptions were a professional LLC and one other entity. </p> <p> A registry filing is a legal step, not a grand opening, so some of these ventures are already operating while others are still getting started.
