Newington Police Seek Missing Teen Girl

NEWINGTON, CT — Local police are looking for a 14-year-old girl who was reported missing earlier in the day Wednesday, according to a Silver Alert issued Wednesday afternoon.

According to the alert, which was issued at 3:26 p.m. Wednesday, Newington police are looking for a 14-year-old named "Jaynaly," with only a single name given out.

Jaynaly is described by police as being a white female with brown hair and brown eyes, standing 5-feet-tall and weighing 100 pounds.

Police did not have any clothing information, but they did release a picture of the teen.
