Newington Man Charged With Negligent Homicide With A Vehicle: Police

WETHERSFIELD, CT — A Newington man, Quintin Serafini, 31, was charged on a warrant with negligent homicide with a motor vehicle, Wethersfield police said.

Serafini was charged on a warrant on Thursday, police said. The arrest warrant stems from the investigation into the fatal pedestrian motor vehicle accident that occurred at the intersection of Ridge Road and Nott Street on November 9, 2021, police said.

Serafini was released on $10,000 non-surety bond. He is scheduled to appear at Superior Court in New Britain on July 21, police said.
