Newington Man Found Dead in Marlborough

MARLBOROUGH, CT — State police said a Newington man was found dead in Marlborough on Thursday.

At about 11:15 Thursday, Troopers from the Troop K barracks responded to 394 North Main Street in Marlborough for a report of an unresponsive male.

He was later identified as Jesse Petronio, 32, of Newington, and he was subsequently pronounced deceased at the scene, state police said.

The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner will be conducting a post-mortem examination to determine the cause and manner of death, state police said.

There is no criminal aspect to the incident, state police said.
