Newington Obituary: Beata Nowicka-Sans, 52

Beata Nowicka-Sans, 52, of Newington, passed away quietly on Friday, April 8, 2016.

She was born in Poland and made her home in the U.S. where she was employed as a microbiologist by Bristol Myers Squibb for 15 years and most recently by Glaxo Smith Kline.

She is survived by her mother, Alina (Puczko) Baba, her son, Michal Nowicki and her daughter, Alina Sans.

Funeral services will begin on Wednesday, April 13th at 8:45 a.m. at the Newington Memorial Funeral Home, 20 Bonair Ave., Newington, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. at Ss. Cyril and Methodius Church, Hartford. She will be laid to rest privately in Cedar Hill Cemetery, Hartford. Relatives and friends are invited to call on Tuesday, April 12th from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.
