Newington Obituary: Harold Lufkin, 73

Harold J. Lufkin, 73, of Newington, beloved husband of Denise (Horan) Lufkin, passed away on September 26, 2016.

Born in New Orleans, Louisiana, he was the son of the late Arthur J. and Emma (Tennin) Lufkin. Harold served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War.

He leaves behind his son Christian Lufkin of VA, his daughter Marcy Lufkin of VA, his step-son Eugene LaBranche and his wife Madeline of Newington, his step-daughter Ashley of Bristol, and his seven grandchildren.

Visiting hours will be Monday, October 3, from 6-8 p.m. with military honors at 6:30 p.m., at the Dillon-Baxter Funeral Home, 1276 Berlin Turnpike, Wethersfield.
