Newington Obituary: Maria Inho, 86

Maria Amalia Viera Inho, 86, of Newington, passed away at St. Francis Hospital and Medical Center on Thursday, November 17, 2016.

Born in Alqueidao da Serra, Portugal, she is survived by her husband, Lourenco Inho; her sons, George, John and Sergio Inho; her daughters, Isabel Patinha and Filomena Giordano. Maria also leaves behind eleven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; two sisters and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Maria retired early from Mount Sinai Hospital in order to care for her grandchildren. She was a lifelong member of Our Lady of Fatima Church in Hartford, she loved going on day trips to the beach with her family and adored working in her flower garden. Maria will be missed by all her family and friends.

Funeral procession will be Monday, (November 21), 9:00 am from the Sheehan Hilborn Breen Funeral Home, 1084 New Britain Ave., West Hartford, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial, 10:00 am in Our Lady of Fatima Church, Hartford. Burial will be in West Meadow Cemetery, Newington. Calling hours are Sunday, (November 20), from 4 - 7 pm at the funeral home.
