Monday, April 16
Tamar Creel, 33, of 99 Main St., Stafford, was charged with possession of a controlled substance (two counts) and prostitution, 7:00 p.m.
Nicole Laflamme, 38, of 3 Gillette Ct., Simsbury, was charged with prostitution, 7:00 p.m.
Michael Donovan, 35, of 35 Depot St., Broad Brook, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 8:45 p.m.

Daniel Hernandez-Sandoval, 39, of 35 High Gate Rd., Newington, was charged with operating under the influence, operating under suspension and failure to drive in proper lane, 2:25 a.m.
Kyle Jackson, 33, of 257 Brooklyn Rd., Canterbury, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 8:40 p.m.
