Curtis Belin, 52, of 44 Rome Ave., Middletown, was charged with fifth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny, 11:00 a.m.

Paul Murphy, 52, of 32 Hemlock St., Newington, was charged with operating under the influence and unsafe backing, 2:54 p.m.

Joseph Smith, 25, of 77 Edmund St., Newington, was charged with weapons in a motor vehicle and illegal use of a facsimile firearm, 5:56 p.m.

Wednesday, April 25

Marcy Pelletier, 39, of 132 Pearl St., Middletown, was charged with first-degree criminal trespass and sixth-degree larceny (three counts), 9:45 a.m.

Nicholas Emerson, 28, of 71 Ellsworth St., Newington, was charged with violation of probation, 3:08 p.m.

Imani Bracero, 19, of 494 Ellis St., New Britain, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 4:15 p.m.

Thursday, April 26

Przemyslaw Kondacki, 34, of 244 Stanwood Dr., New Britain, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, second-degree breach of peace, disorderly conduct, third-degree assault and second-degree threatening, 10:30 a.m.

John Tosta, 47, of 115 Front St., Middletown, was charged with sixth-degree larceny (two counts), 10:40 a.m.

Jose Battle, 24, of 2105 Rockaway Pkwy., Brooklyn, was charged with first-degree failure to appear, 7:45 p.m.
