Gealisa Rollins, 28, of 23 Wilson St., Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny, 2:50 p.m.

Hailey Bevacqua, 20, of 21 Irving St., Bristol, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 5:00 p.m.

Dennis Garcia, 24, of 274 Park Terr., Hartford, was charged with disorderly conduct and second-degree unlawful restraint, 9:00 p.m.

Jesse Emerson, 32, of 9 Beth Ln., Waterbury, was charged with third-degree burglary, fourth-degree larceny, possession of a controlled substance (two counts) and interfering with an officer, 11:15 a.m.

Kyle Moccio, 19, of 64 Kinnear Ave., Newington, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 5:11 p.m.

Wednesday, Dec. 13

Candice Wilkins, 22, of 79 Ashford St., Hartford, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, interfering with an officer, second-degree failure to appear (four counts) and failure to respond, 6:37 a.m.
