Jan. 23

Matthew Delbuono, 19, of 327 Walsh Ave., Newington, was charged with second-degree forgery and possession of alcohol by a minor, 11:35 a.m.

Laura Thomas, 54, of 50-52 Fairview St., New Britain, was charged with violation of probation and sixth-degree larceny, 6:24 p.m.

Jan. 24

Nelson Ortiz, 42, of 174 Bond St., New Britain, was charged with third-degree robbery and sixth-degree larceny, 4:23 p.m.

Shirley Hernandez, 56, of 887 Asylum Ave., Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 8:14 p.m.

Jan. 31

Kristopher Roper, 33, of 57 Rolling Meadow Dr., Tolland, was charged with operating under the influence, operating under suspension and improper rear lamps, 12:15 a.m.
