Victoria Richard, 55, of 33 Steele St., Newington, was charged with operating under the influence and failure to illuminate headlights, 9:15 p.m.

Barbara Laskey, 64, of 128 Wilson St., Newington, was charged with operating under the influence, failure to maintain lane and failure to obey officer's signal, 7:39 p.m.

Saturday, Aug. 4

Tyler Gammie, 20, of 9 Liberty St., Newington, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree strangulation, 2:14 a.m.

Sunday, Aug. 5

Nicole Laflamme, 38, of 208 Woodlawn Cir., East Hartford, was charged with possession of narcotics (two counts), 1:02 a.m.

Monday, Aug. 6

Alfonzo Sanford, 57, of 25 Victory Way, Newington, was charged with failure to comply with fingerprints, interfering with an officer and second-degree breach of peace, 3:30 p.m.
