Saturday, July 7

Leonardo Marquez, 36, of 1211 Broad St., Hartford, was charged with operating under the influence, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, operating under suspension, traveling unreasonably fast and second-degree failure to appear, 5:19 a.m.

Shawn Johnson, 34, of 274 Farmington Ave., Hartford, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 4:12 p.m.

Richard Karpa, 50, of 52 Ledgecrest Dr., Newington, was charged with disorderly conduct, 4:12 p.m.

Anthony Lebby, 45, of 240 Cleveland Ave., Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 6:20 p.m.

Vanessa Vasquez-Nunez, 39, of 56 Freeman St., Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 8:30 p.m.

Eli Hernandez, 56, of 389 Forbes St., East Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny, 4:02 p.m.

Miguel Hernandez-Arias, 21, of 389 Forbes St., East Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny, 4:02 p.m.

Adrian Ocasio, 25, of 530 Willard Ave., Newington, was charged with violation of a protective order, 6:34 p.m.

Monday, July 9

Danielle Fraser, 65, of 432 Church St., Newington, was charged with operating under the influence and reckless driving, 12:52 p.m.

Tuesday, July 10

Jose Colon, 49, of 157 South St., Windham, was charged with fifth-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny, first-degree robbery, conspiracy to commit first-degree robbery, second-degree breach of peace, conspiracy to commit second-degree breach of peace, second-degree threatening, conspiracy to commit second-degree threatening, first-degree reckless endangerment, first-degree kidnapping, conspiracy to commit first-degree kidnapping, first-degree unlawful restraint and conspiracy to commit first-degree unlawful restraint, 1:15 p.m.

Sunday, July 15

Joseph Schulz, 36, of 75 Lydall Rd., Newington, was charged with second-degree failure to appear (two counts), violation of a protective order (two counts) and second-degree breach of peace, 11:50 a.m.

Dean Dibella, 53, of 170 Cedarwood Ln., Newington, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, disorderly conduct and second-degree unlawful restraint, 7:49 p.m.
