Thursday, June 15

Robert Lucas, 48, of 167 Brookside Dr., Newington, was charged with violation of probation, 5:47 p.m.

Elena Herrera, 63, of 29 Spring St., Newington, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault, 8:59 p.m.

Mark Groll, 34, of 29 Spring St., Newington, was charged with disorderly conduct, 9:05 p.m.

Friday, June 16

Angel Garcia, 29, of 26 Crown St., Waterbury, was charged with failure to respond to a violation, 12:18 a.m.
