Jovanna L. Aquino, 28, of 22 Boxwood Ct., Waterbury, was charged with illegal possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle, risk of injury to a child, interfering with an officer, possession of less than a half-ounce of cannabis and second-degree failure to appear (two counts), 11:00 p.m.

Jonathan Santiago, 25, of 169-7 Stonefield Dr., Waterbury, was charged with illegal possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle, risk of injury to a child, operating under suspension and failure to drive in proper lane, 11:00 p.m.
