David Clamage, 34, of 680 NC 150, Reidsville, N.C., was charged with violation of a protective order (two counts), possession of a controlled substance (two counts) and use of drug paraphernalia, 6:52 p.m.

Alexandra Weisinger, 27, of 21 Arien Way, West Hartford, was charged with possession of a controlled substance (two counts) and use of drug paraphernalia, 7:02 p.m.

Sharrard Cole, 34, of 125 Green St., Bristol, was charged with possession of narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia, operating under suspension and traveling unreasonably fast, 11:10 p.m.

March 25

Elizabeth Dougherty, 43, of 16 Textbook Ave., Rocky Hill, was charged with disorderly conduct and interfering with an emergency call, 7:06 p.m.

Steven Wills, 39, of 16 Textbook Ave., Rocky Hill, was charged with disorderly conduct, third-degree assault and second-degree unlawful restraint, 7:06 p.m.

Grigory Bratslavsky, 70, of 79 Crown Ridge, Newington, was charged with interfering with an emergency call, 8:28 p.m.

Peter Zalemanis, 28, of 427 Myrtle St., New Britain, was charged with operating under the influence, 9:47 p.m.

March 26

Ronald Rivas, 26, of 39 Exeter Ct., Manchester, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny, 9:42 p.m.

Heather Adams, 22, of 39 Exeter Ct., Manchester, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny, 10:11 p.m.

March 28

Kyandre Ross, 39, of 333 Homestead Ave., Hartford, was charged with operating under the influence and failure to drive in proper lane, 12:34 a.m.

Marisol Velez, 47, of 950 Asylum Ave., Hartford, was charged with oeprating under the influence, failure to drive in proper lane and obstructed marker plate, 12:39 a.m.

(Removed), 19, of 129 Winslow Dr., Newington, was charged with second-degree forgery, 6:16 p.m.

Lynda King, 52, of 120 Robbins Ave., Newington, was charged with criminal trespass, disorderly conduct and violation of a protective order, 8:00 p.m.
