Eduardo Torres, 40, of 41 Palmer St., Norwich, was charged with risk of injury to a child (two counts), 10:45 a.m.

Wednesday, May 24

Jonathan Adams, 19, of 21 Somerset St., West Hartford, was charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to wear seat belt, 7:59 p.m.

Laverne Terry, 55, of 272 Cleveland Ave., Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 8:15 p.m.
