Tuesday, Oct. 24

Edgar Hernandez-Conde, 28, of 266 Main St., Windsor Locks, was charged with third-degree burglary (two counts) and first-degree larceny, 1:18 p.m.

David Stevens, 20, of 330 Burlington Ave., Bristol, was charged with third-degree larceny (two counts), second-degree forgery (13 counts) and conspiracy to commit third-degree forgery, 2:06 p.m.

Michael Perciballi, 37, of 67 Hobart St., New Haven, was charged with fourth-degree larceny and second-degree forgery, 4:01 p.m.

Jessica Walker, 28, of 42 Ridgeland Rd., Wallingford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 6:03 p.m.

Wednesday, Oct. 25

Lavar Flanders, 29, of 1 Labella Cir., Middletown, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, credit card theft and third-degree identity theft, 11:37 a.m.

Edward Bassett, 57, of 1913 Main St., Newington, was charged with illegal sexual contact (two counts) and fourth-degree sexual assault (two counts), 12:47 p.m.

Thursday, Oct. 26

Michael Dampolo, 46, of 132 Washington St., New Britain, was charged with sixth-degree larceny (two counts), 10:59 a.m.

Friday, Oct. 27

Giancarlo Paris, 28, of 80 Fairview St., New Britain, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 10:16 a.m.

James Fino, 35, of 84 Spring St., Windham, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 9:54 p.m.

Saturday, Oct. 28

Latisha Dunkley, 23, of 67 Dart St., Hartford, was charged with operating under the influence, possession of less than a half-ounce of marijuana and failure to obey traffic control signals, 3:16 a.m.
