Some important dates and information to mark down for the upcoming academic year.
NEWINGTON, CT — Classes in Newington are set to commence Wednesday for the 2017-18 academic year, and Patch is highlighting a few of the important dates on the district calendar.
- Aug. 30: first day of classes
- Dec. 25 - Jan. 1: winter break
- Feb. 16-20: Presidents Day weekend
- Apr. 9-13: spring break
- June 12: last scheduled day of classes
