Northwest Catholic’s Madeleine Hasson to Play Division I Lacrosse at Franklin Pierce University
Madeleine Hasson, a senior at Northwest Catholic High School in West Hartford, to Play Division I Lacrosse at Franklin Pierce University.
Madeleine Hasson of Newington signed her National Letter of Intent February 2, 2017 in front of family, friends, coaches, and school administrators at Northwest Catholic High School in West Hartford. Hasson will play Division I lacrosse at Franklin Pierce University in Rindge, New Hampshire.
In her lacrosse career at Northwest Catholic, Hasson has totaled 70 goals and 37 assists. She led the team as a junior with 37 goals and 20 assists. Last year Hasson was named All-Conference and Most Valuable Player.
Athletic Director Matthew Martorelli ’03 paid tribute to Hasson during the signing ceremony and concluded his remarks saying, “Luckily, we still have Maddie for one more year of lacrosse! We wish her the best as she becomes a Raven at Franklin Pierce next year.”
