Road Rage Shooting Probed In Newington: Police
The shooting between two vehicles happened late Saturday night.
NEWINGTON, CT — Police are investigating a late-night shooting incident that authorities said may have been caused by road rage.
The Newington Police Department Sunday afternoon said the incident happened at about 11:30 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 2, on Cedar Street near Old Farm Drive.
Police said a preliminary investigation has revealed shooting may be attributed to a road rage incident between the operators of two vehicles.

According to the NPD, an occupant of what has been described as a light gray, early model Nissan Altima fired at least one shot, striking the other vehicle.
There were no injuries reported from the shooting.
