Self-Storage Facility Burglarized In Newington: Police
Fifteen storage units showed signs of forced entry, according to Newington police.
NEWINGTON, CT — Fifteen units at the Cube Smart self-storage facility on Maselli Road in Newington were burglarized at about 1:30 a.m. on Wednesday, according to Newington police.
What was stolen was not entirely known, as police work to identify and contact the renters of the 15 units. Those units all showed signs of forced entry.
"A witnessed observed three suspects flee the area in a white pickup truck," Newington police wrote in a statement. "One of the suspects was observed to be in possession of a handgun."

The suspects, all males, were described as dark-skinned and wearing facemasks, according to police.
"The public is urged not to confront these suspects, as one was observed to be armed," police said. "Anyone with information is asked to contact Officer Torres at 860-666-8445."
