Unique Restaurant To Open Newington Location This Week
The growing chain offers dine-in, pickup, and delivery from 20-plus restaurant brands at a single location.
NEWINGTON, CT — A unique eatery chain will open a new site in Newington this week.
Called "Wonder," the growing operation will open a new location in Newington on Thursday, May 14, bringing its multi-restaurant ordering platform to the Berlin Turnpike corridor.
The new store, located at 3313 Berlin Turnpike, will allow customers to combine dishes from more than 20 restaurant brands and cuisines in a single order for dine-in, pickup, or delivery.

The company said the Newington location will feature menu items from concepts tied to chefs including Bobby Flay, Marcus Samuelsson and Michael Symon, alongside brands such as Tejas Barbecue and Magnolia Bakery.
A ribbon-cutting ceremony is scheduled for 10:30 a.m. on opening day.

To mark the opening, Wonder said customers will receive 50% off their first two orders on the first day of operation.
The first 100 customers who place orders of at least $10 beginning at 10:30 a.m. will also receive a gift with purchase.
The company described the location as a family-friendly dining option designed for both individual meals and group gatherings.
Wonder operates as a food-ordering platform that combines delivery, pickup, dine-in service, meal kits, and restaurant brands under one system.
The company said its ordering model allows customers to mix menu items from multiple restaurants in a single transaction.
The Newington opening is part of Wonder’s continued expansion into Connecticut and the Northeast.
Other Connecticut locations are in Danbury, West Hartford, New Haven, Trumbull, Darien, Milford, Westport, Stamford, and Fairfield.
