NEW LONDON, CT — A New London resident recently claimed a $76,809 Connecticut Lottery prize from a ticket sold in the city.
According to the Connecticut Lottery, the winning CASH5 ticket was sold at Bestway Food Mart in New London and claimed by a New London resident on July 15.
CASH5 is a Connecticut Lottery draw game in which players match five numbers for a chance to win the top prize.
The Connecticut Lottery regularly publishes information about winning tickets and prize claims across the state. Players are encouraged to sign the back of their tickets and keep them in a safe place until they are claimed.
