Candle Company Among 26 Businesses Registered In New London In September

NEW LONDON, CT — A candle company was among 26 businesses with New London addresses that registered with the state in September, according to the Connecticut Business Registry. Alumi Candle LLC, on Bragaw Street, registered as a nondurable goods wholesaler. Business types in the registry are chosen by the filers themselves and have not been independently verified.

Residential landlords and residential remodelers led the list with five registrations each. Other newcomers include Mamanish's Dishes, a full-service restaurant on Broad Street; AxleForce Towing on Granite Street; Jeshalee Photography and Events on Bank Street; American Techniques, which registered under schools and instruction on Blackhall Street; and Soley Logistics, a trucking company on Ledyard Street.
