The Public Library of New London's Adopt-a-Book campaign begins Thursday, Nov. 5, giving supporters a way to sponsor books for its collection. Participants can choose to support the adult, teen/young adult or children's collection, according to the library's announcement.
The library's adult collection list includes fiction, mystery, science fiction and fantasy, large-print books and nonfiction. Listed sponsorship prices are $15, $25 and $30, depending on the book.
The teen/young adult collection list includes fiction, nonfiction, graphic novels and manga, also priced at $15, $25 or $30. Both lists identify books by title and author, allowing supporters to review choices and costs.
