2 Men Charged In Road Rage, Assault In New Milford

Two men have been charged in connection with a road rage incident that ended in assault.

NEW MILFORD, CT — Two men were arrested following an investigation into a road rage incident that ended in an assault, according to a police statement. The crime occurred on Kent Road in December.

Stephen Bocci, 26, was charged with second-degree assault, second-degree reckless endangerment, disorderly conduct, second-degree criminal mischief, and operating a motor vehicle to harass/intimidate. He was released after posting $25,000 bond and will appear in Torrington Superior Court on March 31.

Tyler Brown, 29, was charged with second-degree threatening and disorderly conduct. He was released after posting $25,000 bond and will appear in Torrington Superior Court March 28.
