2017 Children's Cooking Camp | Community Culinary School of Northwestern CT

These classes are back by popular demand from the Community Culinary School of Northwestern CT! The Community Culinary School cooking classes will introduce your child to basic cooking techniques and fun recipes as they learn to prepare healthful, delicious food from scratch. Classes also include safe food practices.

Two 5 Day Sessions: August 7 – 11 or August 14 – 18
Age Group – 8 to 11 years old
9:30 am to 12:00 pm
Cost: $200

Age Group – 12+ years old
1:30 pm to 4:00 pm
Cost: $200

Cooking is a skill that can benefit your child for a lifetime. In addition to being a creative outlet, an understanding of basic cooking techniques and nutrition can lead to a healthier and happier self.

Your mini-chef-in-training will learn delicious and fun to prepare recipes for snacks, breakfast lunch, dinner and dessert including healthier versions of some of their favorites.

Classes will be held at St. John’s Church Hall, 7 Whittlesey Ave., New Milford, CT.
