• Lyman Hall stays unbeaten, beats New Milford in Alliance matchup (thehour.com) — New Milford High's football team took its first loss of the season Friday, falling 41-0 to unbeaten Lyman Hall in a Connecticut High School Football Alliance matchup in Wallingford. Despite the lopsided score, the Green Wave briefly threatened with a long third-quarter drive that came up inches short before Lyman Hall answered with a 99-yard march to put the game out of reach.
