The new shop is owned by town residents Diane and Mitch Klaif. The shop will carry about a dozen types of bagels as well as specialty offerings like pizza bagels and hot dog bagels. The Bagel Barn has partnered with Sacred Grounds Coffee Roasters in Sherman, which has developed a proprietary coffee blend for the shop.
