Broadway's MaryAnn Lamb Choreographs for Tales of Love

Film Actress Mary Ann Lamb, is the Broadway musical theater choreographer for Tales of Love, the LoveArtPlay original presentation, to premiere Saturday, April 21st 7:30pm at the Montessori School Theater in Washington, Ct. Two New York Contemporary dancers will move to the sensuous choreographic moves of Mary Ann, and the live music of the Wykeham Consort. The Consort plays some of the most haunting melodies and rhythms of Spanish, Sephardic and Arabic music.

Some of Mary Ann’s New York performances include, Chicago, Seusical, Curtains, A Funny Thing Happened On The Way To The Forum, Fosse and the films Cabaret and Rock of Ages. Mary Ann has choreographed all over the world as well as guest teaching. She is considered an esteemed exponent of the Bob Fosse technique. Mary Ann resides in Sherman Ct., and is an artist in residence for LoveArtPlay in New Milford.

An 8:30 reception will follow the performance. “Tales of Love” is a fund raiser for the global music organization, S’Cool Sounds. S’Cool Sounds services elementary school children who have no access to music education or instruments. Tickets $35 at Eventbrite.
