The non-profit arts organization LoveArtPlay in collaboration with the Wykeham Consort musicians present, a poetic, passionate and joyous theatrical experience,called Tales of Love. Tales of Love tells the universal and timeless stories of women, their lives and loves.With music,dance and poetry. Artists Kara Walsh and Anthony Johnson (dancers) and Leland Williams and David Begelman(Actors) illuminate these tales inspired by the pulsating rhythms of Arabic, Spanish and Sephardic Music.
Tales of Love will be performed on October 28th Sunday 5pm ( one performance only) at the Montessori School Theater in New Preston,Ct. This is a fund raiser for the Global music organization S'Cool Sounds for children all over the world that lack music programs in their schools, or villages, as well as children in refuge camps. This offers needy youngsters the opportunity to be part of music education and instrumental learning programs, essential for developing the body, mind and spirit.
