NEW MILFORD, CT — Police arrested a man for DUI near the intersection of Route 109 and Hipp Road, the News Times is reporting. He was not seriously injured in the crash.
Marco Lopez, 20, of New Milford, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence, driving without a license, traveling too fast for conditions, and possession of less than a half ounce of marijuana, after a rollover crash early Saturday morning.
