Nail Salon Among 27 New Businesses Registered in New Milford In June

NEW MILFORD, CT — New Milford added 27 new, Connecticut-formed businesses to the state rolls in June, according to the Connecticut Business Registry, maintained by the Secretary of the State's Business Services Division. The filings span construction and trade contractors, child care providers, personal services and retail, with addresses concentrated along Danbury Road and in residential neighborhoods around town.

Construction and trade work made up the largest single category, with firms including Farnswow Construction, Precision Scanning Solutions, HYDRAQIS Pump Service, DG Electrical and CAINA'S Masonry registering during the month. Two child care operations, Baby Steps Academy and Wildflower Daycare, also filed, alongside personal-service businesses such as Tina Nails Spa, DJ's Cleaning Services and Buzz Kill Wasp Removal. Most of the June filings, 25 of 27, organized as limited liability companies; the remaining two, Taylor Kibby Studio Co. and New Milford Discount Corp, registered as stock corporations.

State registration marks when a business files paperwork with the Secretary of the State, not necessarily when it opens to customers, so some of these ventures may not yet be operating at the addresses listed.
