NEW FAIRFIELD - A local resident has won a lottery prize. According to Connecticut Lottery, Joy Angelica, of New Fairfield, won $10,000 on Sept. 29.
She won playing the 10X Cash 11th Edition and purchased the lucky ticket at the Super Stop & Shop in New Fairfield.
