New Milford Bank Robbery Suspect Rode Off On A Bicycle, Cops Say
The robbery of the Webster Bank in New Milford occurred on Jan. 5, according to police. A reward is being offered for the suspect's capture.
NEW MILFORD, CT — New Milford police are asking for the public's help in finding a bank robbery suspect who rode away from the crime on a bicycle. A reward of $500 is being offered by the Connecticut Bankers Association for information that leads to the arrest of the suspect.
The incident occurred on the afternoon of Jan. 5 at the Webster Bank on Main Street in New Milford.
"The robbery suspect is described as a white male, approximately 6'2" with a thin build," police wrote on Facebook. "The suspect was wearing a dark colored jacket, black gloves, sunglasses, a dark colored hat and a mask."
