New Milford Man, 41, Accused of Exposing Himself: Report

REHOBOTH, MA — A 41-year-old New Milford man was arrested last week in connection with an indecent exposure incident in Rehoboth, Mass., according to authorities.

The suspect, Joao Claudio Silva-Galdino, is accused of pulling his black BMW up next to a 31-year-old woman who was about to go for a run and then masturbating while smiling at her, reports the Taunton Daily Gazette. She screamed and he quickly drove off, but the victim was able to describe him and the car to police who arrested him a short while later.

Silva-Galdino was charged with:

• Open and gross lewdness
• Wanton and lascivious conduct
• Disorderly conduct

The incident occurred on Jan. 12, and Silva-Galdino was arraigned last week in Taunton District Court; the current status of his case was not immediately known.
