NEW MILFORD, CT — Mayor Bass recognizes Ofc. Kurtz and Ofc. Rodriguez as Employees of the month! On Christmas Eve Officers Kurtz and Rodriquez conducted a welfare check of a homeless gentleman who had no plan for the extreme weather. The Officers recognizing the severity of freezing temperatures, brought him to a hotel and paid for a room so he had a place to stay. “I am proud of the kindness, compassion and extra effort of both Officers to make sure the male party was safe!”
