New Milford Residents to Vote on Sale of Surplus Property
If approved, the sale of the land will be among the first of the surplus properties the town is looking to offload for tax revenues.

NEW MILFORD, CT — Residents will vote to decide whether the town will sell off one of its surplus properties, the News Times is reporting.
The 1.64 acre parcel of land at 82 Perry Drive, near Candlewood Lake, is undeveloped, and is listing for $40,000.
If approved, the sale of the land will be among the first of the surplus properties the town is looking to offload for tax revenues.

The vote will be held at a 6:45 p.m. meeting on Monday, Jan. 28, in the E. Paul Martin Room in town hall.
