Obituary: Gloria P. Spatola, 91, of New Milford

NEW MILFORD, CT --- Gloria P. Spatola, a lifelong New Milford, CT resident, passed away Sunday April 22 in New Milford at the age of 91.

She was born April 17, 1927 in New Milford, CT, daughter of the late L. Walter and Wilhelmina (Fussel) Petersen. Gloria graduated from New Milford High School and worked at Nestle in New Milford for many years.

She is survived by her son John W. Spatola and his fiancée Paula of New Milford, CT, sister Emma Martin of New Milford, CT and granddaughter Angela. She was predeceased by her sister Helen Lesiak.

Gloria will be interred alongside her family in New Milford Center Cemetery. Funeral services are private. Arrangements by the Lillis Funeral Home, 58 Bridge Street, New Milford, CT.
