Roads Committee May Become Permanent in New Milford
The committee has been very active recently working on the bonds to complete a number of roads.
NEW MILFORD, CT — The New Milford Road Committee, periodically reinstated then dismissed over the past few years, could finally become a permanent fixture of the local government, the New Milford Spectrum is reporting.
The seven-member committee was created in 2016 by former Mayor David Gronbach to srrve as a liaison between the public works depart and residents. The committee has been very active recently working on the bonds to complete a number of roads.
The Town Council will likely vote on it at their Nov. 13 meeting.
