Strong Women™ Strong Bones Fitness Classes Resume in January at Three Locations
A nationally recognized fitness program designed to prevent and reverse osteoporosis/osteopenia and promote general health and wellness.

NEW MILFORD, Connecticut – December 8, 2016 – The next series of Strong Women™ Strong Bones (SWSB) fitness classes at New Milford Hospital will take place on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, January 2 through February 17 from 10 to 11:15 am, or Tuesdays, January 3-February 14, from 4:30 to 5:45 pm (choose two classes within the same week).
SWSB exercise classes will also be held at St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church located at 1 North Main Street in Kent on Tuesdays and Thursdays, January 3 through February 16 from 10 to 11:15 am, and at The Litchfield Inn/ Tavern Off The Green Restaurant located at 432 Bantam Road in Litchfield on Mondays and Wednesdays, January 2 through February 15 from 10:30 to 11:15 am.
SWSB is a nationally recognized fitness program designed to prevent and reverse osteoporosis/osteopenia and promote general health and wellness. Health and wellness benefits include arthritis relief, restoration of balance and flexibility, strengthening of bones, proper weight maintenance, and improved glucose control and heart health.

Cost to participate in the SWSB classes twice a week at any location is $85.
