Washington Montessori Offers Bus Service to New Milford
We know there is a lot to consider when looking into schools for your children – the logistics of getting your children to and from school being one. That is why Washington Montessori School is excited to announce that we now offer bus service to and from the greater New Milford area.“We are excited to be able to make a WMS education a possibility for more families by offering a bus service option for students from the greater New Milford area,” said Head of School Pat Werner. “Our dedicated teachers, our engaging and challenging academic program and our full day schedule makes WMS a great fit for many children. We hope it can now work for your family too." The bus to WMS will make three stops in New Milford/Sherman, will reach school at 8:20am, and will leave at 5:00 for the return trip. With interscholastic athletics, performing arts, enrichment, study hall and childcare available, there are plenty of opportunities for children to be engaged after the school day as well.
Established in 1965, Washington Montessori School located in New Preston Connecticut is an independent, coeducational day school distinguished by one-on-one attention from teachers and a rigorous curriculum, helping students in pre-K through eighth grade develop the self-confidence and academic skills they need to become self-reliant adults. Transportation is now available for students from the nearby towns of Bridgewater, Roxbury, Washington, Washington Depot, New Milford and the Greater New Milford area.
