• Car Flips After 14-Year-Old Driver Hits Pole In Newtown: Police (patch.com) — Two juveniles were hospitalized with minor injuries after a 14-year-old driving a Honda hit a utility pole and flipped the car onto its side on Dodgingtown Road near Cemetery Road in Newtown late Thursday morning. The crash damaged the pole, closing Dodgingtown Road for several hours while crews responded, and police say the incident remains under investigation with possible enforcement action pending.
