NEWTOWN, CT — A winning Connecticut Lottery scratch-off ticket worth $20,000 was recently claimed by a Sandy Hook resident.
According to the Connecticut Lottery, R A Hafeez Corporation in Waterbury sold the winning ticket, which was claimed on July 22.
The winner won the prize playing the 20X Cash 10th Edition scratch-off game.
The Connecticut Lottery did not release the winner's identity.
